Hiding the Tarnish

Pictured left is my so-called "second home." I feel as if I spend more time on this pitch than in my bed, at times. I captured this picture to portray the beauty of this field under the sun's rays and blue sky. Is this picture persuasive? Let me convince you it is. We practice on this pitch 5 days a week. Sweat, blood, tears, divots, etc. cover this field and tarnish it's beauty by the end of practice. To portray that nothing has happened to tarnish its beauty, we put a beautiful pattern on top of it to hide the rest.
This photo does not contain inconicity or syntactic indeterminancy, but rather indecicality. Indexicality images offer "circumstantial evidence", like a documentary. This image is particularly staged to document the moments leading up to a game.
